Home Minister of India Mr. Rajnath Singh on Sunday reviewed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir in the wake of Uri terror attack at an Army Brigade Headquarters in Uri in which almost 20 soliders were killed.

Home Minister Mr. Rajnath Singh had to cancel his foreign tour to US and Russia in the wake of Uri terror attack. He seemed to be very much concerned about the national security. Since India had to lose its several brave soldiers in Uri terror strike, it has put a question on the intelligence department and border security planning of India.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi, Defence Secretary G Mohan Kumar and other senior officials of Army and paramilitary forces briefed Mr. Rajnath Singh on the present situation in the state following Uri terror strike.

Home Minister Mr. Rajnath Singh directed that security forces should mount an all out offensive against terrorists operating in the Valley.

However, this is the right time to counter-attack Pak sponsored terrorism. The world has seen the dual face of Pakistan that has always supported and used terrorism against India. Pak sponsored terrorism has been a headache for India since its freedom.
